Together with T-Systems MAN offers a Telematics solution which links extensive logistic functions with the analysis of technical vehicle data. TeleMatics open up unique possibilities for fleet control, fleet management and logistics.
The focus is on direct communication between the transport company and the driver and if necessary with the shipping agent too. All the relevant data and information is promptly available in the transport chain.

TeleMatics packets
TeleMatics is available as service packet Data or Dispo. MAN TeleMatics Data provides you with all the core information you require to optimise vehicle deployment and operating costs. At the push of a button the reports show you in what areas the driving approach could be improved. All data relevant to assessing the economy of driving approach obtained from the deployment analysis are presented and evaluated individually. You are also given specific tips on how the driving approach could be improved.
In addition to the functions from MAN TeleMatics Data, one of the available features of MAN TeleMatics Dispo is the recording and planning of individual or multiple orders (e.g. via the tour list) and transfer of these to the vehicles. The processing status can be established at any time using the data transferred from the vehicle. This improves the flow of information which facilitates a faster response if required. This significantly reduces planning overheads. MAN TeleMatics can be integrated in existing EDP systems via an open interface.
