The way to emission-free traffic
Most of the services rendered by road vehicles are powered by fossil fuels. This leads to a nuisance from emissions, particularly in areas subject to dense traffic. The second priority behind the overriding objective of reducing the CO2 burden for man and the environment is to protect reserves of fossil resources.
To achieve this objective alternative, drive systems have to be developed which both meet the demands for ever greater mobility and do justice to the need to use energy resources sparingly.
In this section we are showing you a few solutions, some of which are already available from series production. The others are still at the development stage.
